Just a reminder to put checking the FGCSA website on your regular list of things to do. Currently you can download copies of the Golf 20/20 Florida Golf Economic Impact Study, a copy of SL191 Recommendations for N, P, K and Mg for Golf Courses and Athletic Fields. This is the publication cited in the Golf BMP Manual and the guidelines golf courses should follow if they are in a city or county with a local fertilizer ordinance, especially one with a summer blackout period.
You can find these and other publications, event registration forms, etc under the News tab on the homepage. We will post more as they come to us, so be sure to check in regularly and use the downloads for education and outreach at your chapters and golf courses.
Cordially yours,
Joel D. Jackson, CGCS
